Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders from Oslo Art Prints are fulfilled, shipped, and delivered. All purchases are made through Douglas Carr Photography (Org. nr 935 610 001), trading as Oslo Art Prints, and are subject to our Terms & Conditions and Norwegian consumer protection law.
1. Shipping Partner & Fulfilment
All Metal prints are custom made to your request by our printing partner LabKorner and delivers to the ground floor of your delivery address by DHL international couriers and fine art prints to Oslo local collectors only are printed locally by Fotopapir AS using certified archival materials and professionally framed with UV protected museum quality glass and either delivered by Douglas Carr or picked up from Oslo Art Prints. Framing options and prices will be discussed and quoted for as they are made to the clients request of framing and mounting options. This ensures efficient delivery and excellent print quality.
2. Shipping Costs
Metal prints are shipped worldwide by DHL. See shipping country list zone, cost and estimate delivery time here
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery typically takes 7–21 days, depending on your location. See location zones here. These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, customs clearance, or seasonal demand (e.g., Christmas).
You will receive a tracking link via email once your artwork has been dispatched. This link will provide the latest delivery estimate from our shipping partner.
4. Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been printed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This email may be sent via our print partner's logistics system and appear under the sender name “Art Prints.” Be sure to check your spam/junk folder.

5. Unclaimed or Returned Packages
All artworks sold by Oslo Art Prints are limited edition prints custom-made to each individual collector request and according to Norwegian law (Angrerettloven § 22(e)) are exempt from the right of return.
If a customer fails to to be home on the delivery time and to collect the package from DHL warehouse it is returned to our printing partner and the order will not be refunded. The customer may be held responsible for any additional shipping or handling fees incurred as a result of the unclaimed delivery.
If you're unable to collect your package, please contact DHL with your tracking info as soon as possible to arrange redelivery or pickup.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 21 days after dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible at osloartprints@gmail.com. Include:

A description (and photo, if applicable) of any damage

We will investigate with our print and courier partners and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
