Collection: Oslo Architecture Wall Ar
Douglas Carr creates limited edition digital graphic artworks using a blend of photographic and editing techniques, including several of his own devising — giving his work its signature dreamlike, painterly style.
This collection of architecture wall art transforms Oslo's city centre landmarks into mirage-like visions, where shifting lines and colour dissolve the boundaries between structure and perception. The Oslo Opera House, Munch Museum, Barcode, Bjørvika and Rådhus feature throughout the series, alongside the wider Oslo skyline — sometimes marking exactly where a scene was captured, sometimes layered in and reimagined as part of the artwork itself, reflecting the digital graphic art process behind each piece rather than a single photographed moment.
The collection explores the evolving character of Oslo's architecture and urban landscape, revealing the city's buildings in ways that often resemble painting rather than traditional photography.
